All of our items are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits. (Except in the event of the receipt of a defective or damaged item.)
Exchanges for Defective/Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and after we receive proof and conduct our own internal investigation, we will give you an appropriate address to mail your item for exchange.
Current Shipping Locations
We currently ship internationally, your shipping will calculate on checkout.
Generally, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, your items will typically arrive in 7-10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
